工作地点:北京 Reporting: directly to Head of PmM, marketing department Brief: Promotion manager (PmM) is a marketing role in local sales regions, who should be supportive to local business but enhance the competition capability of local team by applying marketing professionals; Responsibility
Local market analysis and planning: 30% Consolidate the local competition information, picturize the customer insight and apply it in local business One Plan, and also fertilize brand plan input; Routine analysis of external and internal data source, including IMS, CPA, Rx, PEB, ETMS, etc, to generate helpful conclusions to support regional business management by RSM; Dig indepth local market insight to improve the effectiveness of brand strategy adoption, including raise neccessary local initiated research, proactively guide FF to collect market information ; KOL management: 30% Coordinate Novartis communication with local KOLs* , be responsible to local KOL investment resources and thedevelopment of the target KOL group, aiming effective interactive with them and maximize the advocary and consulting effects by them ; Help brand managers to maintain the relationship with national level KOLs; Manage the competitive dynamic of KOL development in local market, consciouse with interactive with competitors, KOL attitude and attention, research interest movement and alignment, etc. Support regional promotion execution: 20% To be the experts of brand strategy and knowledge in regions, and effective communicate them to SF ; Advise on local promotion mix selection and activities design based on customer insight and brand strategy understanding; Develop and prepare local promotion topic, advocators and contents, fitting periodical local promotional objective; Feed back especial local promotional needs and coordinate suppporting from other functions beyond the sales region; Help RSM to manage One Plan activity budget via accessing PEB and generate neccessary expenses reports, tracking the execution of planned activities; Enhance the competitive selling capability of SF by supporting product knowledge / competition information training: 20% Involved in new MR on board training , giving brand strategy / product promotion message / competition information training ( face to face); Update the competitive knowledge on monthly/quarterly sales meeting, under support from Brand Managers and other team members; Observe the status of how MRs deliver promotion messages and response to customer question in joint visits and promotion events, and feed back to MRs and their sales supervisors, generate quaterly report to share overall situation with brand teams, management; Qualification
College above, medical, medicine, biology educational background; Minimal 2 yr sales experience in pharmaceuticals, sales management or marketing experience is prefered; English skill: CET 6 above, or Toeic 550 above; Skillful on MS office; Good interpersonal communication; Willing to learn and possitive thinking; Team player; * Local KOL: besides national level KOL, who has geography limitation of accademic influence power, but leading the opinion in his/her provinces, even potential to be national level KOL;
