听力文本:

In our life, we often have many complaints and never feel the value until what we have are lost. "If memory had served me, I would never have failed in the tests." "I can't help wishing that I could go back and start again." "If only I had treasured those school-days." This sort of words are always heard among us.
Frankly speaking, enjoying the thing while we've got it is easier to say than to do. Some of us form the habit of wasting away the wonderful school days without a pity. Some don't realize the temporariness and the significance of life until they are too old to learn and to do anything. Ignoring what we have is so serious that it should attract our attention.
What really counts is our efforts to succeed. Actually, we are never satisfied with what we have. Of different ages and of different professions, we have our own dreams. We want to get more responsibilities to be better paid and to have more comfortable living conditions, so we change our positions from one place to another. As long as we further ourselves to a higher level, we have put "Enjoy It While We've Got It" into practice by enjoying the life while we are still holding it.
