1、Chairman / Chairlady / Chairperson
Person who presides over meetings of the Board. The Board comprises both internal and external high-level senior executives who have final and over-riding authority on all business matters of the company.
2、CEO
Chief Executive Officer, responsible for developing and implementing the vision of the company and its’ business goals.
3、CFO
Chief Financial Officer, responsible for managing all financial matters. Reports to the CEO.
4、CMO
Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for driving marketing and sales activities. Reports to the CEO.
5、President
Can be an overlapping title and synonymous with Chairman and CEO. Highest level or rank within many companies.
6、VP (Senior(Sr.), Junior(Jr.), Executive)
Vice-President, assists the President in developing and executing business goals and objectives for various departments.
7、Director
Responsible for driving specialized functionality within departments headed by VP’s.
8、Manager
Subordinate to a Director.
9、Analyst
Performs a supporting role to assist managers and directors.
10、Foreman
Responsible for non-professional line employees in industries such as manufacturing, construction, and various services.
11、Supervisor / Team leader
Used loosely to describe various titles and ranks. Responsible for managing and leading staff.
12、Organization chart
A chart showing the main organizational structure of a company.
